Phone screener with recruiter, follow up with hiring manager, two more after that with what would be a direct manager and then a manager on a different team. Took about two weeks.

Via an agency. 3 half hour interviews, including a practical demonstration. Very relaxed and friendly - they seemed genuinely interested in my answers and way of thinking. I found their style was refreshing.

They were less focused on STAR type questions and answers. They were interested in my approach to my work and challenges, and my thinking when making decisions.
