Slow... wow, is it slow. They contact you, setup first screening, then nothing. After 2 weeks, i contacted recruiter who set me up with 2nd round with Hiring Manager. That went well, I was told they would get back to me in 2 days. 1 week go by again, and I email recruiter. Recruiter says HM has not put in the feedback from my interview. OK, I wait, another week goes by, I email again. Recruiter immediately replies and tells me she just me with HM and they liked me, but had chosen another candidate. They referred me to a sister team. OK, I contacted recruiter from the sister team - Recruiter says I will received a Calendly invite soon to setup now 1st round for this position..... nothing yet. Honestly, I only applied as I know somebody who works there and my friend referred me and I am in no rush. But this is exceptionally unprofessional for a company who is primarily making money from enabling people recruiting and managing processes. Shocking really on the disconnect. Bad Workday, bad ! LOL... hilariously bad.
