J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Pleasanton, CA) en janv. 2014
Entretien
Interviewed with recruiter, phone interview with another instructor, presented to a blended audience (some in room, some online with camera), brought out to HQ to interview with several people, not everyone I was scheduled with showed up. Hiring manager wanted yet another interview on the phone after face to face. A lot of back and forth with salary and benefits with the recruiter.
The entire interview process was really nice. The people were super friendly and the process was very clear. They will let you know all the details regarding to the job so that you will have the right expectation about what you need to do.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Dublin, Dublin) en avr. 2019
Entretien
Really well organised and impressive.
Recruiter reached out to me about 2 positions then after 20 minutes talking decided I was a better fit for one of them. Interview process consisted of about 7 rounds. Each round was very well organised and discussions were friendly and geared towards what kind of a person I was as well as my experience. Felt like they are looking for the right fit for the team. Recruiter kept me informed every step of the way. Had 5 zoom calls , one onsite and a final phone call with member of the team. One of the best hiring experiences I've had.
