Fragmented. It became clear that the manager was new in their role, and didn't know how to ask the appropriate question in order to receive the detail they were seeking. "Walk me through a deal you won..." vs. Tell me how you work with customers to establish a mutually agreeable plan of next steps/actions.

Werd benaderd door inhouden recruiter, mijn ervaring en wensen gedeeld en zou in het process belanden. Nooit meer wat gehoord. Een hele matige ervaring, typisch corporate gedrag waar ik al vaker mee te maken heb gehad.
