J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Vancouver, BC) en mars 2021

I found the job post on LinkedIn and submitted my resume on Workday's website. I got an email from a Workday recruiter the next day, had a phone screen the day after, and by the next week I had an offer.
The process involved a one-on-one with the manager (around 30 minutes) followed by a very long series of interviews a couple days later. I had multiple 45 min-1 hour interviews scheduled throughout the day to accommodate interviewers in different time zones. The series of interviews lasted around 4 hours in total.
All of the interviews were pretty informal and felt like a conversation. I was asked many questions about my background and "tell me about a time...". There were a lot of questions but I felt comfortable answering all of them, and they didn't ask anything that someone with a few years of experience wouldn't know.
In-between the one-on-one with the manager and the longer interview, I was asked to complete a 2-hour writing assignment. The assignment was long but doable (I was asked to document a process, rewrite some convoluted sentences, and answer a few questions about my process of information gathering) and I managed to finish on time.
The recruiter I communicated with kept me updated throughout the entire process and was a delight to work with. As far as interviews go, this was one of the smoothest processes I've ever participated in.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you failed to deliver a piece of documentation on time.
There was a screening round with a recruiter, a round with a manager, an assessment, and panel interviews with senior technical writers and technical writing managers. I would rank this interview process as “difficult” just because it’s through and included several rounds. But, the recruiter was excellent about staying in touch and the process was very smooth despite multiple steps. It was all very efficient and wrapped up in about a month.

After the entire interview process, management decided that the job couldn't be done in my location after all. Offered to let me relocate to another state with no assistance and four weeks notice, even though there's an office miles from my home.
