J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Austin, TX) en sept. 2013
Entretien
I had two interviews. First was in person and the 45 minutes was spent designing some given class with the recruiter. Follow up was over the phone and behavioral. I thought it went pretty well but they never followed up with me. Perusing this website, it seems this is pretty standard for their rejections.

- UML Diagramming (Object Oriented Programming, classes, attributes, relationships) and Improving model question (how to simplify existing relationships, minimize the methods and attributes, cardinality, etc.)
- behavioral HR interview about technical experience and personal background
I first had a phone call that was mostly behavioral to talk about the company, the position, and my qualifications. I later went on-site that consisted of 5 interviews. Everyone I talked to was friendly and sincerely seemed to enjoy what they were doing there. It was a laid-back interview process for the most part.

3 stage interview.
1. Phone interview with HR
2. Tech test - UML modelling problem. Conducted over a screen sharing application.
3. On-site with 3 separate interviewers from different teams/areas.
Overall interview process was very good compared to some others. Prompt responses and feedback from recruitment.
