I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and a few weeks later I went in for an in-person interview. Things went well during the interview and the team was very welcoming. I had to give a presentation as the position would have required giving presentations regularly. Initial feedback was good, but they said they had other candidates to interview. Two months later I received a call from the recruiter saying they wanted me to go in for a second round. A few days after the second round the recruiter said the feedback from the interviewers was all very positive and they they all recommended hiring me. Then I never heard back from anyone at the company. I called the recruiter a few times and followed up with emails but never received any response. It was very odd to say the least.
