Contacted a week later about an interview
Interview was held one on one with the Manager of the team (30 mins appox)

General : Describe teamwork and college projects
Technical: Whats your favourite language (Java in my case, fyi Workday is pretty much run on Java ;))
Then simple and basic technical questions about it
