There was phone screen, and followed by coding interview. I didn't hear back from them even after I explicitly emailed recruiter asking if there will be folliow up. She emailed back you will hear something in few days, heard nothing. I am now employed but this tells you a lot about company that they don't see value in communication after someone spent 2 hours talking to their engineers. Don't work for companies that are bad communicating!
