Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Whole Foods Market (Boston, MA) en mars 2010
Entretien
Had a brief phone interview, then a follow-up, in-person interview with a ATL and HR person. They took a while to meet me in the cafe after I checked in at the customer service booth, but they were friendly and personable. They're very focused on knowledge of the product, familiarity with Whole Foods, and desire to advance. Young interviewers and a bit nervous. Among the usual questions, they asked, "if you could make dinner for anyone, what would you make and who would it be?"

"Speed dating" style interview with a panel of three "up from the loading docks" types. 10 minutes total to make a good first (and last) impression. I had no sense from their few questions in those brief 10 minutes that they had even reviewed my application.

Interviewed by 2 managers. Asked basic questions of past employment, what kind of person you are, and what coffee/beer/cheese/wine etc. you prefer. Seemed like their first time interviewing potential candidates. I arrived early, they were fifteen minutes late, but I understand that previous interviews might have run a bit long.

Be ready to tell them what hipster coffee/beer/cheese/wine etc. you prefer. Have a few hot brand names to regurgitate. Mention organic/free-trade/shade-grown non-sense.
