For Administrative positions, they do a phone intake interview to see if you fit what they're looking for, then you meet with the Store manager to see if you're a good fit, then you go through a panel interview where somebody from the regional office in that department comes by to see if you'll work out.

They're all pretty standard for HR. Like "Can you give us an example of a time when you had to deal with an adverse situation and how you handled it?"

I applied online and several weeks later I was invited to a phone interview. After the rather easy phone interview, I went to a 7 person panel interview. The hardest part was getting the ladies to listen to my replies instead of chit chatting as group. It felt like a social setting at times.

For the amount it paid it sure was a very long process. Not worth it! Not very friendly either. The presentation was very hard given that there wasn't enough out there to complete it. The one on one interviews were like pulling teeth.
