I got to the store about ten to fifteen minutes before my interview and I had to wait about twenty because the team leader was running a bit late. The interview took place in the cafe, which I did not like because of the noise and everyone being able to hear what we are saying. My interviewer was nice, not super enthusiastic. He seemed happy with me discussing how I agree with Whole Foods' core values. The interview lasted maybe 15 minutes. He said I would be called the next week, but I never was.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
