Muito justo, processo é baseado na velocidade, assertividade e análise técnica. Todo o processo é bem humano e rapido. O primeiro contato é bem direto e já se sabe o que é procurado do candidato

O processo foi bem padrão, entrevista com recrutadora, líderes da vaga e case. Tudo bem dentro do esperado, porém o retorno negativo levou mais de 2 semana após a última etapa.

Step 2: The process started quite smooth and nice with the HR representative.
Step 2: getting to know the manager
Step 3: assesment and presentation to manager and guests
Step 4: CTO/ higher level management
However, due to changes in the teams, there were many delays, especially at step 4. All issues with step 4 and the feedback made me loose my confidence in Gympass being a stable and knowledgeable employer.
I had a great collaboration with HR.

Two rounds- one with recruiter and second with hiring manager. Recruiter was quick to respond and overall process was smooth. Hiring manager was also very honest and was engaged in the whole interview; but I dropped out of the process because I didn't see it was a good fit.
