I have 10+ years of working experience (including 6 years in Google) and I must say this is one of the best interview processes I have gone through. My recruiter, Hector was one of the best recruiters I've ever seen. He is transparent in his approach on sharing the company's culture, interview process, etc He is also very responsive and always so helpful when I need any further clarification. One thing that really stood out is his strong empathy. He understands how challenging and nervous an interview process can be for a job applicant, he went above and beyond to call me on a Friday evening (way past his working hours) to keep me posted on the status of my application, because he didn't want me to be anxious throughout the weekend. This speaks so much about the company culture, and I am excited to join the company! The structure of the interview is: HR screening, followed by interview with the hiring manager, a case study and lastly a panel interview with x-functional team. I especially enjoyed the case study, because it really helps me to understand the company culture, the function and the role a lot better! The whole interview process from the day I spoke to my recruiter till getting the job offer was less than 1 month.
