Pretty standard process. First a filter interview with recruiter. Invited for in person interview at their office, to meet the team and leader. Separate interviews with each of them focused on experience and approach to problem-solving.

Process was a phone screen, followed by a few video interviews. Overall the process was very easy and smooth. My salary expectations VS what I was offered was the main bump in the process. I discussed salary in the first phone interview and was told that the salary range I gave was within what the postion was offering. When I received my offer it was very considerably lower than my expectations that I was up front about. My advice to gympass: Be open about the salary range, and stick to it. Give details about benefits earlier in the process. If a candidate is not located in the city of the postion, be up front about who bears the cost of relocation.
