The process consisted of three well-organized rounds. It began with an HR screening focused on my background and cultural fit. This was followed by a technical interview with the Hiring Manager, where we discussed my transition from Partnership Sales to Strategic Account Management. We delved into how my sales background helps in identifying expansion opportunities within existing portfolios and my methodology for long-term relationship.
The final round was a strategic session with the Director of Partnerships for Spain. Given that I am moving from the German market to the Spanish market, the conversation focused on my ability to adapt to a new business ecosystem and how I plan to leverage my experience in a more structured market (DACH) to drive growth in the Spanish landscape. The team was super professional, and the questions were a great blend of tactical execution and high-level regional strategy.
