Entretien
A phone interview, with a note taker, that lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour.
In interested, they will notify you in about 2 weeks through a random phone call to set up the in-person interview or a rejection email.
At the 2nd in-person interview 2 people will be taking notes and it will last about 1 hour. Don't expect a lot of back and forth with either the phone or in-person interview due to the note taking. In the in-person interview both people take notes.

Typical interview questions: What did you like least and best about your other jobs? What issues had you with another employee and how did you resolve them? Name a situation when you gave exceptional customer service? Tell us about a tough product you sold? Then ended with a few basic culinary questions.
Second interview: Basically same questions but then they added in tons of culinary questions about favorite things to cook, if I knew they had a culinary magazine, and other basic culinary questions which I would study up on.

The recruiter called me a minute or two after the specified interview time and asked a lot of questions. These questions were very specific and there were many in depth questions. The interview lasted for an hour, and the recruiter made sure each question was answered fully.

It was pretty standard you have to create your account where you can see application progress and next tasks, they will do a phone screening 1st with the typical questions and if you move forward you will have to have an in person interview.

Entretien
After I applied, I received an email to self-schedule time with a recruiter for a 45-minute phone interview. I was disappointed by how I was treated like a number, not a person, given the company's focus on people. I felt like I was being interrogated not interviewed. The clickty clack of his keyboard trying to record every word I said was very distracting and he just asked questions like a robot.
I ended up withdrawing my application. So disappointing.
