The process took around three weeks in total. I applied in early March and got a response back around the second week asking to schedule an interview. Interview is broken down into two parts, a behavioral and a case study. Depending on the position you are applying to the type of interviews can be different. Questions were mostly about how I worked on a team and the case study was using a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Overall, they were very friendly and I felt comfortable answering the questions they gave me. I heard back from the recruiter within a week 1/2 after the interview.

As a Northeastern University student, resumes are sent to employers and they decide whether to accept you for an interview. An interview date is set up either on campus or in office (in this case in office). I met with the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant Manager. They asked general interview questions and gave me a tour of the office.
