Was Contacted by the recruiter after giving my resume in a career fair. Initially phone call with HR for background check and discussion about the project.After that I had to send a project and after that was sent coding question to code in 24 hrs. After submitting it , no response from HR for about two weeks(even after follow up email).After that I was scheduled final interview. Final interview was for 1 hour and initially started with discussing about my project and after that I was asked two programming questions . I solved both the questions really fast and in the best running time , even the interviewer was very happy and even asked me - how would you do it in inefficient way. After two days recruiter calls me and tells me that they will let me know the decision in couple of days.And after couple of days i received a rejection mail. I was really surprised to get a rejection and still can`t figure out the reason for the rejection.

passed initial screening, was given a game home hackerrank interview assessment that was similar to a leetcode mediums. very specific set of problem I was not able to answer. I was then ghosted by the company without a formal rejection.
