Great communication and a fast process. Met with multiple people on the team over a few days and blocks of time. The recruiter was great and everyone was super open and honest.

Great conversation, but then once the salary was mentioned they immediately lost interest when I told them what I currently make and can't take a pay cut. $16/hr isn't a livable wage. Good luck finding reliable candidates.
