After submitting my initial application I heard back in a couple of weeks with an email to set up a time to interview. The first interview was going through a case of business scenario questions. I got an email a little over a week email letting me know I made it to the next round and a link to submit my time availability. The second round was another business case interview and then a second interview with a senior associate. I heard back less than a week later with an email wanting to set up a call for the offer.

Question 1
I had to go through two interviews where we went through a business case with a bunch of questions about Wayfair.
Traditional phone screen followed by two case studies and a final behavioral interview. All three interviews were roughly an hour long. Cases were straightforward with simple math. Behavioral was based on the internal “people principles”.
Made it through all 3 rounds of interviews just to find out the recruiter was fired and was given no update on whether or not the position was filled or closed

Phone screening then 1 case interview followed by a back to back case study and behavioral interview. They provide preparation materials that are very helpful. Interviewers were very nice and supportive throughout the interviews
