Completed the assessment and received an email to pick a schedule, do a speed test, and schedule an interview via Google Meet! I recently had my interview and the HR representative Conor gave off bad vibes from the moment the virtual interview started. I felt like I was wasting my time with how closed off he seemed from the start. It was like he was there because he had to do the interview and wasn’t interested at all. Most recruiters are very welcoming, engaged, and just put candidates at ease and make it feel like a conversation, he did not. Maybe that’s just my personal experience from previous interviews I’ve had over the years. Conor my interviewer was sipping his coffee, looked like he would rather being doing something else, not once did he smile, or even nod his head while we were speaking. He also seemed a bit unsure when answering my questions I asked as if he wasn’t fully prepared. He said he was moving my application to the next step in the process which I was surprised by since he seemed so disengaged, and then two days later to my surprise I received a “thank you for your time” email after being told the opposite. Disappointed with the experience dealing with this specific recruiter.
