It started at a career fair, afterwards I sent them an email with documents (I did not apply for this job specifically). then they called me and suggested this job and a skype Interview. Unfortunately, the skype interview was very disappointing, not only they were 15 minutes late but also the quallity was really bad. I had to speak with two native English speakers with a lot of echo in the bacckground, I also could not see them, eventhough they could see me! Their questions were typical HR questions not really related to the specific job. 1 week later I recieved a rejection by email...

Entretien
I had several interviews. My last meeting was with my current manager. Most of the conversation was on a social level. However some questions were about how I would handle specific stakeholder situations.

Entretien
I had first a confcall with a P&O contact, then with a technical manager. People were really friendly with good questions about the job. Finally they wanted me to go to London to have an interview (and to pay my flight). But at this time of the process, they didn't wanted to tell me their salary range. When you are abroad, this is not easy to take a day of holiday, to move far from home to maybe discover that finally the global package do not meet your expectation. Specially in a city like London, where you cannot live with all salary range.
I felt my contact angry about me. She told me that they focus on other candidates, but I don't believe it as she was calling me all the time (as I was the only man on earth ready to work for them???).
I was afraid of their business model which is quite special.

Entretien
Telefon HR screening first. After this a logical test on Skype. As a third step I started having interviews with different managers of the Operations department in three rounds of Skype calls. After this they have named me the specific Team they would imagine me as a good fit and invited for an on-site interview. I had in the office two half an hour sessions with higher management of the Operations Team. Overall very structured but also very demanding hiring process.
