45 min interview with hiring manager. He spoke for essentially all of the time, asking me very few questions. I had to prompt him several times to see if he wanted to ask me anything.
The interview process was so well put together. The experience described was exactly what I experienced. Well described and executed. This allowed me to prepare in the most effective way.
Case interviews, many rounds, very data driven. The rounds of feedback and hiring manager role in hiring were vague. Process lingered for weeks followed by recruiter call sharing internal candidate hire.

Most challenging managerial scenarios and remediation
Simple three step process. HR, technical and final. It was a smooth process. HR person and Technical managers were very knowledgeable. The whole process took 3 weeks. There were e commerce related questions in technical round.
