Submitted my app online, got a text from a recruiter about a week after following up on an email they sent (Spam folder, never ended up seeing it) and if I was still interested in the job. I told her I was and we set up a time to talk on the phone a couple days later. Phone interview went great! I was then directed to take an online test, basic personality questions and a mock call center scenario where I’d have to listen to customer calls and pick which response was most appropriate while taking notes and looking up their information. In total it was about an hour long test. Got an email the following day to set up an in person interview. I interviewed with two managers who were both great, it was about an hour long interview. Nothing super difficult or intimidating. They told me the pay for the job and I was beyond disappointed. The job itself would be a step up from where I am currently, but the pay is absolutely dismal, even with commission. Not at all worth it. Really sad because I love Wayfair and would’ve loved to work there. I didn’t think I would get an offer but surprisingly I did, though I had to decline. I asked the recruiter if we could stay in touch in case anything else pops up that pays better and she was more than happy to keep me in the loop. So hopefully in the future I’ll be working there!
