Very smooth process, interviewer was very nice. Role play was difficult but also eye opening to understand what a day to day call is. Both interviews phone and in person were great. The interview was about 30 minutes long.

Entretien
The only personal contact was a text message invitation offer requesting I take an online assessment. The original meeting was so casually unprofessional, even the county job counselor/coordinator complained to Wayfair’s executive management about their unqualified and unprofessional hiring staff. Even their dress at the original job fair was atrocious.

Entretien
Der Ablauf war sehr entspannt. Ich hatte ein Vorstellungsgespräch, habe dann direkt den Job bekommen! Der Interviewer war sehr freundlich und hat das Interview sehr entspannt gemacht. Die Fragen waren relativ einfach und das interview ging ungefähr eine halbe Stunde.
