Recruiter was terrific and very personable. Made the first step, a phone call, very easy and interesting. Set up a call with a hiring manager via phone about a week and a half later. She was very monotone and not interested in talking to me. She had zero excitement in my background or her current position. She didnt do much to sell me on the department or company. Whenever I hung up I actually was considering just asking on my own merit to not move forward. I had to follow up with recuiter to ask about my status and they sent me a basic "not interested" email. Once you make it to at least one interview, you should receive a personal email. Overall, not pleased with the experience.

Standard behavioral questions- very little response or report with interview as she chose early on not to care that much about our call.
The process was a first round with HR, a second round with the team, and a final, last round of case and behavioral questions for 2 hours with 4 different members.

Entretien
First round was with HR, very general "get to know you" " about us" questions. Second round was with the team lead, many case based questions, more weight on analytical and math questions.
