There was an initial phone call with a recruiter, followed by an online and timed technical test, followed by another similar technical test where an in-house programmer followed along from their end. It was a positive experience all around.

Got a LinkedIn message from an HR screener who was probably doing LinkedIn tech keyword searches. Agreed to a call. Had a good call & agreed to a phone tech screen, which was scheduled for a couple days later. Had to code a problem online in a collaborative IDE.
Heard back the next day that I aced it and was being referred to a different recruiting group. The woman I worked with from then on was super professional, friendly, reliable, and made me feel great about the process.
The next step after talking to her was an onsite 6 hour interview. She went over what to expect and it was exactly what she said it would be. After that, I got an offer a couple days later and was happy to give my notice to my employer at the time.

Every question for phone screen and in person (at least for me) was here on GlassDoor. Go through all of the questions and make sure you can work through them and you will be fine -- as long as your personality is good also.
