Very relaxed, but also pushed to get an idea of whether or not you knew what you were talking about. Didn't feel much pressure during the process.
Met with a few people who were on the team I was applying for. They didn't have too many specific questions about the role on the IT side.

Question 1
How do you organize your schedule from day to day?
Easy, Behavioral, then 2 back to back interview(Technical), Then after that I didnt hear back from the for 1 month. Overall I thought it was a positive experience, the people that I interviewed with became a peer and my manager.
It was real bad. literally3 months between initial contact with the recruiter to actual hire. i thought it was just the one HR rep, but it might be the entire department.

Totally convoluted; the recruiter I worked with couldn't answer most of my pretty basic questions, and didn't listen to a word I said in terms of my availability, scheduling on the one specific day I said I was unavailable on...
The hiring managers quizzed me on technical questions that were more about abreviations than skills, so I did not perform as well as I could have in a technical interview...and then they gave me feedback that my technical skills weren't strong enough...after asking me zero technical questions.
All in all, this wasn't a great experience; it gave me exposure to how these kinds of companies work on he inside, and I'm much more impressed with the company I ended up accepting a very generous offer from.
I knew what I was getting into going in thanks to Glassdoor, this was my safety. Thankfully I got offered my reach in the end.
