First interview is a fairly basic interview with HR to understand if your experiences really match and you will enjoy the job, simple things like that then 2nd interview is a case study interview with a senior manager, behavioural interview, roleplay + excel test

Role Play
Interviews were not that difficult, but role play was something new. All interviews happened the same day but you have an option to do interviews different days. Excel test was not that difficult.

1) Tell me a time when you adapted to a quick change/process.
Well structured business case. I interviewed for 3 different positions back to back in the office. Was asked questions on the common figures and metircs used, revenue, margin, pricing, etc.
