I had to first take a personality quiz along with a quiz asking how I would react in certain situations during their application process. After that I was invited to a one interview in the back office of the store.

One to one interview and test to ask how I would launch a proposition. Talk to staff and introduction to branch. Hiring team worked well with assessments before I reached interview stage.
