Online application form with competency questions and 'normal' questions such as 'why do you want this job', group assessment, usually in local branch, then 1:1 interview on the same day or within a few days. You can return to the online application, it doesn't have to be completed in one sitting.

There were 3 stages. First stage was online application and questions about scenarios you had to answer correctly in order to pass. Then a group interview where we had to do various tasks and then a one to one interview.
