Passed the online questionnaire. Then invited to interview/assessment day.
First was a group interview where we were shown pictures of food and has to discuss within the group what type of customer might be interested in buying each product.
Following this was a 1 on 1 interivew

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
