Group assessment and individual interview.
Had a scen ario which asked us to create a n action plan to how we would carry out all the different problems. They ask questions on your group's choices and you then have an individual interview with pretty standard stuff that you would expect. Helps if you know about the partner benefits as they talk to you about them at the end.
very simple, questions on working as a team, working with change and welcoming a customer into waitrose. (only about 10 mins) then a group activity taking 25 mins in total, where you discuss a task list and put in order in a group

Entretien
You will fill out an application asking where you'd like to work, what hours,any restrictions you have, uniform size, and etc. A group interview based on finding your potential customers needs and selecting a product suitable to their needs, this task is more about how you interact with others and it's important you voice your opinion or you will automatically fail. Then you have an individual interview and asked a variety of questions.
