Online test had to be completed first, which consisted of different situational questions. This needed to be passed in order to proceed to the interview stage.
The interview stage was just one single interview, fairly simple interview questions were asked.

Was a group interview, around 12-15 people with two members of staff taking the interview process. None of it was individual, lasted around 2 hours of various group tasks as well as an individual presentation about yourself.

Teamwork exercises:
-Build a tower out of spaghetti and marshmallows
-See how many words you as a group can make out of the word partnership
-Stand up and talk about yourself, and why you want to work at Waitrose
Group task followed by solo interview. In group task we were asked how to wouls prioritise a list of tasks. Solo interview was as standard as can be expected, very simple. Overall took around 1hr-1hr30.

Taken in for a 5 minute conversation, they asked my availability and my experience, interviewer told me the job was easy and I was practically guaranteed the role provided I was somewhat competent
