Applied online. Got a phone call where the interviewer went over behavioral questions. Prepare STAR based responses. They are looking for leadership skills. Research the company website and products and ownership structure ie they are owned by clients. No extra financial knowledge needed.

The phone interview was followed by day long interview. Behavioral questions. Then a case. You need leadership skills for the case. How to motivate and encourage employees. How to get better productivity from employees. How to deal with low employee morale. etc. What advise would you give them. Again no financial knowledge needed. Whole process took 22 days.
