Phone interview, then personal interview and then the job offer. If you pass the phone interview, there is a good chance you will get hired. The people doing the interview don't know anything about the job. Asking them questions specific to the jobs is a waist of time. The interviewer only knows the job description that was handed to them for the interview.

Two stage interview process but it was good, two people interviewed me at the first stage and last stage was with a senior manager. They seemed friendly but nice. Interview was rather tough.

3 interviews, 2 via phone, 1 via zoom. Were straight forward, and friendly. Mostly asked behavioral and previous work experience questions. Were very clear about the process and follow ups.
