3 interviews phone, in person screen, then 2-3 more interviews. You need to be very prepared and very professional. Wear a suit. Shine your shoes. It is helpful if you speak Spanish. Make sure you have lots of examples ready of different scenarios you were in or experienced.

Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call about a week after I applied. Sent an email to prepare me that there would be STAR questions about time management, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Tell me about a time when you identified an area for improvement in your performance.
There were a couple of interviews. One was over the phone and then I think two over zoom. One of them was with the leads from the two departments that you could possibly be starting with.
