I applied online and then I was to schedule a phone interview which happened around 2 weeks after the original application. The phone interview was technical regarding very elementary Java concepts and then behavioral questions and things about me.

Took OA now waiting on phone interview which will be about 30 minutes and after that i shall update this review hopefully all goes well. Vanguard is a very nice place to work for.

Started with attending an informational session at their Charlotte campus. A phone interview came after applying to a position online, and then after that was an on site interview with a group of other candidates.
