J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Two rounds of questions with current employees: Technical and Personal. The personal interview was the stereotypical "Why do you want to work here? What are your strengths/weaknesses? etc"
Technical was based around the particular individuals that happen to be interviewing you. They would ask about various aspects to their current areas of expertise, regardless of whether these questions would actually apply to the work you would end up doing in the organization. At least it wasn't whiteboard coding.

Basic concepts, rxjs fundamentals, how would you reverse a string, etc.
They started by introducing themselves and giving me a quick overview of the company, the team structure, and what the role would involve. Then they asked me to talk a bit about myself and walk through my resume. I highlighted a few projects that matched the job description, and they seemed really interested in my work with data visualization.
