J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) en avr. 2016
Entretien
The phone interview lasted for maybe 20 minutes. The interviewer was pleasant and the question that seemed most important to her was if I could explain what a stock was and what a mutual fund was. As it turned out the job is actually for a call center position and not really what I envisioned from reading the job description. Vanguard is high on customer service which definitely did come across in the interview. Overall, if you have exceptional customer service skills and are willing to study for the series 6 & 7 and don't mind being in a call center, this is likely an easy interview. The pay is modest/low at 40K. I have come to rely on Glassdoor now to look up the job titles and comments on positions at various companies because the job postings are often vague.
Interviewer offered to have me fly in for a face to face interview. I declined the offer.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) en août 2021
Entretien
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
