I thought the process was stressful and difficult. The mock interview is hard, be prepared to remain calm under pressure especially when answering questions you do not know how to answer. The second part to the interview is pretty regular, behavioral questions, have stories prepared to talk about in a variety of negative to positive situations. I left feeling like I did not have a shot at Vanguard, but they called me back fairly quickly and offered me a position. Vanguard seems youthful, friendly, and fun. The interviews were done in their cafeteria, which was stressful but it made the interview a little bit more laid back.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entretien
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
