I interview with HR then a 1x1 with the team manager and then a panel interview with four people from the team. All three interviews never went over 45 minutes long and were very conversation based.

Lengthy and could take several days or weeks to finish. You'll be interviewed by folks on the team and the hiring manager, and that manager's manager. It is longer than it needs to be, frankly.
