The process took two months.
1. Applied online for the 2022 Grad Launch Program (June Start)
2. HackerRank Coding Challenge (LC Easy and Medium)
3. Recruiter Phone Screen
4. Superday (3 hrs, 3 interviews) (OS, Comp Architecture, OOP, LC Questions, Behavioral)
Recruiters were very helpful and it was a very enjoyable process.

Hackerrank with multiple choice and coding exercise, then on-site with four technical interviews. Focused on systems knowledge and algorithms, no questions harder than Leetcode medium/easy. Recruiter called within a week with an offer.
