Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez VMware
Entretien
I have interviewed with VMWARE in the past and my experience has been impeccable. At this moment I had a call schedule with the recruiter for the tanzu inside sales role. Our call was scheduled for a Wednesday, she changed it to Friday without telling me. Then Friday comes she says she is too busy and asked to reschedule it again. We reschedule it for Wednesday and Wednesday comes. She calls at 11am cst on the dot, I’m wrapping up my call. I ended my business call, called her back at 11:01am CST. NO ANSWER. Called back again, and nothing. Then she send an email saying we talked already and I asked if she will not interview me. Then she calls and raises her voice saying she’s too busy and they are prioritizing internal candidates instead. Does not apologize for her miscommunication. Does not interview me. Basically refuses to interview me since they all of a sudden are prioritizing internal candidates. The lesson here is, candidates are human, do not treat them like they’re disposable. Every candidate matters.

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez VMware (Austin, TX) en févr. 2022

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

Question 1
They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
