Started with a resume review where my resume was instantly rejected due to lack of "relevant experience" (was not so but what can you do?), was able to back door back into the process which then included a phone screen and then an interview with the hiring manager
4-5 interviewer from hiring manager, stakeholders and other manager level from related team, HR and HRbP also joined interview too. It takes longer for offer process after interview. Usually takes 1-2months.

Poor experience with VMWARE Leadership team. Hiring manager (VP of customer success) was more interested on my current employer strategy than my own experience Declined to cover confidential topics and shared this poor experience with company HR

expedited, well laid out and good communication from the HR professional. scheduled the multiple interviews at agreeable times, were direct and a little 'too easy' - felt more conversational than interview really.
