I went with the 3 round of interview in VmWare, in that first 2 round was F2F and third was telephonic round with Jenifer from Atlanta. I suppose to get updates from their HR Mahalakshkshmi with in 2 day as I had already cleared with them my last working day in my current Organisation is coming near. I have waited for more than 10 days but I didn't get any update from Jenifer as well as Mahalakshkshmi. So I'm requesting you to guys I you don't want to hire people then don't waste Thier time.I don't believe it's a good gesture to ignore the call/mail when you are being tried to connect. This is not a professional way to reject any candidate at any stage of interview. As you guys are working for a reputed organisation, you guys have much more to learn how to deal with things. I pity your service and please improve your self.
