Entretien
Initially I had a phone screening with the recruiter followed up with a phone discussion with the hiring manager. The following week I had a marathon interview day with 7 team members including lunch. The work environment was typcially silcon valley engineering company - folks dressed casually. I did note that everyone looked very happy - not stressed out like the company I was leaving!
