There was also someone else from the sales team. They mentioned sometimes it's a sales leader, or someone in enablement. The most important thing seemed to be the role play.

Entretien
I got recruited through Linkedin for the Senior SDR position. After the initial call with the recruiter I met with the manager for the outbound SDR team and was advanced to the next round which would be an hour long panel interview with 4 managers beginning with a cold call roleplay. I ultimatley pulled out of the interview process before the panel interview because I don't want to work in a outbound focused role but everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. One thing that stuck out to me is that I was told there was a lot of turnover in the role and to me it didn't seem like quota was attainable in an outbound focused role.
