Pretty standard interview process. Meet initially with a recruiter, then you will have a panel interview with a Solutions Architect, a current rep and a manager. Then you will meet with a manager and director that includes a mock sales pitch.

I was reached out to by a recruiter to interview at UpWork. I wasn't necessarily in the job market but was intrigued by her introductory email. We scheduled a call with the internal recruiter. Two days later, it was cancelled but no follow-up was sent. I emailed the initial recruiter that reached out and she stated that they wanted someone else to interview me instead and would send me a new calendar invite to the agreed upon date/time. I never received the new invite so I followed-up on the day the new call was supposed to take place and didn't hear back. Shortly after I was "no-showed" the recruiter apologized and said it was an error on her part and would reschedule it. It's now been a week with no follow-up. At this time, I wouldn't consider this company just based on first impressions and how disorganized the recruiting process is. I know how difficult it is to find talent in the current unemployment state we're in.
